VEHICLE EXPORT PROCEDURE To export your vehicle you must follow the steps below, and most important, make sure that you are aware of the CUSTOMS REGULATIONS of the country that you are exporting your vehicle to. (See bottom of page for addresses and telephone numbers) |

Step 1 |
|
Obtain a RPC form from any traffic department |
|
You will need: Registration Papers Identity Document or Passport |
|
Step 2 |
|
You will need: Registration Papers Identity Document or Passport RPC form from traffic department |
|
Step 3 |
|
Bring us the documents that you received from the SAPS vehicle clearance centre and we will apply for an export permit on your behalf at a small charge. |
|
We will need: Registration Papers Identity Document or Passport RPC form SAPS 263 form from SAPS vehicle clearance centre NEP form if applicable (See EXPORT REGULATIONS) |

Step 4 |
|
Should all be in order with your vehicle you will be issued with a Police Clearance Certificate valid for three months. |
|
Take your vehicle to SAPS vehicle clearance centre to have your vehicle examined (Go to map) |
